Increase Cycle Time  
For Those in a Hurry: New Smooth-Cast 300Q

Customer requests for a faster cycle time resin prompted us to develop a faster Smooth-Cast 300. Smooth-Cast 300Q (Q = Quick) has a 45 second pot life and can be demolded in 3 - 5 minutes depending on mass. 

This product is currently being used by model makers who have to produce multiple castings quickly. If you are doing “fast cycling” of your molds (silicone) with any fast resin, you should use a release agent to lengthen mold life. Fast cure resins are especially harsh on rubber molds.

Physical properties for this product are about the same as the other SC 300 products.
